What to Report

When escalating an issue, provide:

  1. Your timing location

  2. What you observed (symptoms)

  3. What you tried (quick fixes)

  4. Current system status

  5. Test tag result (working/not working)

Example Escalation Message

"Finish line: No reads appearing for 5 minutes. Time Machine flashes when test tag crosses but nothing in RaceDay Scoring. Stream shows Collecting. Checked cables - all connected. Need help."
